EXPLORATION
As a relic of the constant battle between man and nature, the abandoned VEPCO power station is an important expression of Fredericksburg’s history. The building is maintained as an object, inhabited and observed by visitors from a glass structure suspended within it. This glass structure extends out of the building through existing aperture, creating a visual balance between new and old.
