As an environmentally conscious individual, I decided to join AIA Philadelphia’s Committee on the Environment (COTE) as a way to help spread awareness about sustainable design practices in my field. I am currently working with the Zero Waste subcommittee on creating a series of Event Guides to educate individuals on proper methods for hosting Zero Waste events. My primary task in the subcommittee is to create dynamic graphics which concisely and clearly communicate the ideas of the guide.
